It’s compact, and you can easily plug it into any outlet with its flip-out prongs, which makes it super simple to set up and start using right away. The LED lights immediately caught my attention as they draw insects towards the trap.

I recently purchased the Victor M38 fly trap from Amazon for $7.99, hoping it would help control the flies in my backyard. When I unboxed it, I found a bottle, a sunshade, a lure, and a twist tie to hang it up. Instead of using the provided tie, I opted for paracord to make it easier to hang the trap higher, out of my dog’s reach. I was intrigued by the design—the holes are inset, making it difficult for flies to escape once inside. Plus, the sunshade blocks light from above, keeping the flies confused and trapped.
